01 The practice
- Hours
- Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 6:30pm. Saturday, 10am to 3pm. Sunday closed. Hours extend during filing season. If you need a time outside these hours, ask, it is usually possible.
- Where we work
- 588 Main St, Stoneham, MA 02180, with clients across Greater Boston and from coast to coast. Most work is handled remotely; in-person meetings are by appointment. The suite number is on the building directory and on our door.
- Client upload portal
- upload.taxmapadvisors.com. Existing clients send documents here, using the personal upload link we send you when your file opens. Keep it: the same link works every time you have something new. If you have mislaid it, call or write and we will send it again. Please do not email tax documents. Email is not a secure channel for a W-2, a 1099 or anything carrying a Social Security number. Files sent through the portal are encrypted in your own browser before they ever leave your device.
- Remote work
- Documents move through a secure upload link rather than email.
- Meetings run by video or phone, in the same business hours as local clients, Saturdays included.
- Engagement letters, authorizations and returns are signed electronically.
